Five Book Wikis in 48 Hours: A Subscription-First Hermes + ChatGPT Pipeline

I wanted wikis for the books I listen to — chapter summaries, character portraits, scene images, all cross-linked. Instead of writing a scraper and buying image API credits, I wired two AI subscriptions I already pay for together through a Google Drive folder. In 48 hours it produced five complete book wikis: 206 chapter pages, 100+ scene images, 100+ portraits. This is the pipeline, and the parts that broke.
